Paul is considered a global authority and thought leader in the areas of sales, leadership, communication, negotiation and virtual engagement skills. He has more than 25 years of experience embodying the true gifts of a teacher able to accurately illuminate challenges by empowering all levels of professionals, leaders and teams with next-generation knowledge and skills. Paul’s effectiveness to reach his audience comes from the sincerity and tremendous passion he has for the messages he delivers and the individuals he trains.

Paul grew up in Boston, went to Boston University and currently lives in Atlanta, GA.

Saretta Holler Brown brings 15+ years’ experience in leadership and sales to her role. Currently, Saretta is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a global environmental company based out of California, in addition to facilitating sales and leadership training for clients globally.

Saretta’s clients have included Google, Indeed, Disney, TikTok, Genentech, Sutter Health, Costco, Johnson & Johnson, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Eaton.

In addition to working with Paul, Pat was the Senior Director of Learning and Development at Humanscale; responsible for crafting and executing the company’s global L&D program. Pat has delivered sales, leadership and EQ training in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Steve’s experience in selling runs deep. He has developed and delivered training material to the full spectrum of industries and departments that impact a customer from sales to service and delivery. His unique experience allows him to help “build the bridge” between sales and operation that is often a challenge in many companies. 

Steve’s lasting impact is in his practical and logical approach to selling, his facilitation style and sales coaching. He has armed participants and sales organizations with his creative outside-the-box strategies that get results.

Additionally, she writes and edits for published authors, speakers and corporate clients. Caroline is an American Brain Tumor Association peer mentor and serves on their Volunteer Advisory Council. She is also a “Big” with Big Brothers Big Sisters LA.

Over the past eleven years, Lisa has trained thousands of professionals to lead fearlessly, communicate authentically and present their message impactfully. As the business community pivots to the new reality of remote engagements, she has been working closely with organizations to help their teams virtually influence decision-makers and enhance their on-camera presence.

Lisa graduated from Long Beach State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and did her internship at Channel 2 News in Los Angeles. She enjoys entertaining, discovering new wines, hiking, meeting interesting people and creating unforgettable memories with friends and family. Her most recent venture: Learning to speak Italian!

Lisa’s motto – borrowed from T.S. Elliot – is, “If you aren’t in over your head, how do you know how tall you are?” With insight and heart, she uncovers blind spots and coaches her clients to get out of their own way so that they can “stand taller” and become the best possible version of themselves.

Mena is the Project & Program Manager at The Paul Bramson Companies, where she has provided consulting and project management services over the last 10 years.

Mena’s inexhaustible drive is fueled by her belief that there is a direct correlation between understanding people and culture and improved business practices. Her varied industry experience both domestically and abroad are supplemented by her tenacity and ability to execute. She makes a strong impact in employee engagement and continues to support the evolving business environments in today’s world. Mena’s imprint helps support the ability to lean into varied business environments, and pinpoint methodologies that tap the latent reserves of employees.

Mena has consulted on the design and implementation of programs and projects in finance, real estate, operations and education for 25 years in the dynamic environment of New York City.

Mena is a graduate of Business Studies from DCU in Dublin, Ireland where she still visits frequently. She resides in New York City with her husband and enjoys the outdoors and culinary pursuits with an avid interest in Muay Thai.
