Paul Bramson has been described as a powerhouse in the training arena and is distinguished as being the most effective trainer, coach and speaker in the industry today. Paul is considered a global authority and thought leader in the areas of sales, leadership, communication, negotiation and virtual engagement skills. He has more than 25 years of experience embodying the true gifts of a teacher able to accurately illuminate challenges by empowering all levels of professionals, leaders and teams with next-generation knowledge and skills. Paul’s effectiveness to reach his audience comes from the sincerity and tremendous passion he has for the messages he delivers and the individuals he trains.
Paul grew up in Boston, went to Boston University and currently lives in Atlanta, GA.

Saretta Holler Brown brings 15+ years’ experience in leadership and sales to her role. Currently, Saretta is Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a global environmental company based out of California, in addition to facilitating sales and leadership training for clients globally.
Saretta’s clients have included Google, Indeed, Disney, TikTok, Genentech, Sutter Health, Costco, Johnson & Johnson, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch and Eaton.

Lisa Bartley is a Master Trainer, business coach, writer and award-winning speaker with more than 25 years of experience. She has been published in magazines and has written speeches and articles for corporate officers, including executives at ICU Medical, Turner Home Entertainment and Taco Bell Corp.
Over the past eleven years, Lisa has trained thousands of professionals to lead fearlessly, communicate authentically and present their message impactfully. As the business community pivots to the new reality of remote engagements, she has been working closely with organizations to help their teams virtually influence decision-makers and enhance their on-camera presence.
Lisa graduated from Long Beach State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and did her internship at Channel 2 News in Los Angeles. She enjoys entertaining, discovering new wines, hiking, meeting interesting people and creating unforgettable memories with friends and family. Her most recent venture: Learning to speak Italian!
Lisa’s motto – borrowed from T.S. Elliot – is, “If you aren’t in over your head, how do you know how tall you are?” With insight and heart, she uncovers blind spots and coaches her clients to get out of their own way so that they can “stand taller” and become the best possible version of themselves.

In addition to working with Paul, Pat was the Senior Director of Learning and Development at Humanscale; responsible for crafting and executing the company’s global L&D program. Pat has delivered sales, leadership and EQ training in North America, Europe, Asia and Australia.

Steve Gonzales leverages 30 years of experience in sales and sales training to deliver a practical approach that hits home for sales executives worldwide. Steve’s highly-interactive presentation style and engaging credibility quickly captures his audience into fully-involved participation. His facilitation will resonate from the new hire to the senior sales executive.
He has facilitated sessions to more than 50,000 sales, sales support and sales management representatives from 22 different countries covering topics from Solution Selling Workshops, Strategic Selling, Negotiation Skills, Managing and Coaching Clinics and Presentation Skills.
Steve’s experience in selling runs deep. He has developed and delivered training material to the full spectrum of industries and departments that impact a customer from sales to service and delivery. His unique experience allows him to help “build the bridge” between sales and operation that is often a challenge in many companies.
Steve’s lasting impact is in his practical and logical approach to selling, his facilitation style and sales coaching. He has armed participants and sales organizations with his creative outside-the-box strategies that get results.
Mena Wilson is an award-winning consultant with more than 25 years’ experience in Marketing, Operations and Finance. She is widely acknowledged for her expertise in project management and has received recognition and awards throughout these pursuits. Mena is the Project & Program Manager at The Paul Bramson Companies, where she has provided consulting and project management services over the last 10 years.
Mena’s inexhaustible drive is fueled by her belief that there is a direct correlation between understanding people and culture and improved business practices. Her varied industry experience both domestically and abroad are supplemented by her tenacity and ability to execute. She makes a strong impact in employee engagement and continues to support the evolving business environments in today’s world. Mena’s imprint helps support the ability to lean into varied business environments, and pinpoint methodologies that tap the latent reserves of employees.
Mena has consulted on the design and implementation of programs and projects in finance, real estate, operations and education for 25 years in the dynamic environment of New York City.
Mena is a graduate of Business Studies from DCU in Dublin, Ireland where she still visits frequently. She resides in New York City with her husband and enjoys the outdoors and culinary pursuits with an avid interest in Muay Thai.
Caroline Lenher, CMC
Caroline Lenher is a Certified Master Coach, editor and writer. Caroline’s 25-year career began in live entertainment in the industry’s top two agencies. She managed national and Broadway campaigns for Broadway productions including Wicked, Disney’s The Lion King, Mamma Mia! and Phantom of the Opera.
As part of agency leadership, Caroline impacted agency growth and operations, opened and oversaw satellite offices, drove new business and developed client and partner relationships.
Caroline then moved into Social Change Marketing, working with government, automotive, higher-education and non-profit clients. She led multiple integrated marketing campaigns, new business pitches and RFP responses, both in the private and public sector. Clients included Lexus, Los Angeles County Department of Public Health, UCLA School of Law and Green Commuter.
Caroline is professional and career development coach working with individuals as well as within The Paul Bramson Companies Training programs. She writes and edits for published authors, speakers and corporate clients including Lexus and John Livesay.
Caroline is an American Brain Tumor Association peer mentor and serves on their Volunteer Advisory Council. She is also a “Big” with Big Brothers Big Sisters LA.
A business strategy and executive leadership coach who combines hands-on operational, strategic and C-Suite experience with professional coaching, training and facilitation credentials, Rebecca Maxwell brings a unique blend of insight and knowledge to her client work.
For more than 25 years, Rebecca has managed, developed and led teams and organizations to find focus, set priorities, design strategies and make decisions. Her skill is building capacity within teams for analysis, insight and forward planning and developing leaders with the confidence to deliver. She works with clients across the professional services, manufacturing and retail sectors to create their own playbooks for success – translating vision into action with route maps showing a clear way forward, yet with the flexibility to adapt to the reality of an ever-changing external environment.
Originally from Scotland, Rebecca is now an explorer – of new places, foods (as both chef and diner) and gins. She has a love/hate relationship with running and is currently motivating herself to complete her second marathon!
